đĄ COMPLETE XAUUSD BREAKER BLOCK STRATEGY
clean, practical, executable XAUUSD strategy built only on:
Breaker Block logic
Session behavior
Trap mechanics
High RR execution
No bios, no indicators, no theory fluff. This is how to trade Gold for steady monthly growth, not screenshots.
đĄ COMPLETE XAUUSD BREAKER BLOCK STRATEGY
High RR | Session-Based | Trap-Aware | Practical
1️⃣ CORE PHILOSOPHY (READ THIS ONCE)
You are not trading signals.
You are trading liquidity behavior around sessions.
Gold moves because:
Liquidity is created (retail trapped)
Liquidity is taken (stops run)
Price rebalances
Breaker Blocks help you identify where intent changes, not where to click Buy/Sell.
2️⃣ TIMEFRAME & SESSION SETUP (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
đš Timeframes
Bias: H1
Breaker identification: M15
Entry: M5
Do NOT change this. Gold punishes timeframe hopping.
đš Sessions (VERY IMPORTANT)
❌ Asian Session
Ranging
Manipulation only
NO entries (except managing NY runners)
✅ London Session (BEST)
Stop hunts of Asia highs/lows
Breaker + trap setups form here
✅ NY Session
Continuation or full reversal
Best post-trap expansions
đ 80% of profits come from London → NY overlap
3️⃣ DAILY PRE-MARKET ROUTINE (5 MINUTES)
Before London opens:
Mark:
Previous Day High (PDH)
Previous Day Low (PDL)
Asia High
Asia Low
Identify:
Where is liquidity?
Above highs or below lows?
Bias question (ONLY ONE):
“Which side is easier to trap today?”
That’s your directional expectation — not confirmation.
4️⃣ VALID BREAKER BLOCK CONDITIONS (XAUUSD-SPECIFIC)
A breaker block is valid on Gold ONLY IF:
☐ Formed after a strong impulsive move
☐ Broke a clear swing high/low
☐ Followed by visible displacement
☐ Located near liquidity (PDH, PDL, Asia H/L)
If breaker appears mid-range → ignore
Gold breakers must be obvious, not pretty.
5️⃣ THE TRAP MECHANISM (THIS IS THE EDGE)
Typical Gold Trap Sequence
Price sweeps Asia High or Low
Retail enters breakout
Breaker dot prints
Price stalls or wicks aggressively
Price returns back inside range
đ This is intentional — institutions need volume.
You do NOT trade the breakout.
You trade the failure of the breakout.
6️⃣ PRIMARY SETUP: POST-TRAP BREAKER TRADE (HIGHEST RR)
đ´ Example: Sell Setup (Most Common)
Step 1 — Liquidity Sweep
London session
Price takes Asia High / PDH
Long upper wicks appear
No trade yet.
Step 2 — Fake Breaker Confirmation
Breaker block forms bullish
Retail buys continuation
Stops sit just below structure
Still no trade.
Step 3 — Trap Confirmation (THIS IS KEY)
You wait for:
M5 close back below breaker
OR M5 BOS downward
Now the trap is confirmed.
Step 4 — Entry
Sell on pullback to trap origin
Or first bearish M5 retest
Stop Loss
Above stop-run high
Wide (10–15 USD is normal)
Target
Asia Low
PDL
Equal lows
RR here is usually 1:6 to 1:10
7️⃣ SECONDARY SETUP: CLEAN BREAKER CONTINUATION (LESS FREQUENT)
Used ONLY when:
Strong HTF trend
No obvious trap
Clean displacement
Rules:
Enter ONLY on deep pullback (62–88%)
M5 BOS mandatory
Smaller position size
This setup grows accounts slowly.
The post-trap setup grows them efficiently.
8️⃣ POSITION SIZING (PROTECTS MONTHLY GROWTH)
Risk per trade: 0.25% – 0.5%
Max trades per day: 1–2
Max daily loss: 1.5%
Max weekly loss: 3%
Gold doesn’t need many trades.
It needs good ones.
9️⃣ TAKE PROFIT MANAGEMENT (PRACTICAL)
On every trade:
TP1 (1:2): Close 30%
TP2 (1:4): Close 30%
Runner (40%): Trail to liquidity
Never all-in, all-out.
That kills consistency.
đ WHEN NOT TO TRADE (MOST IMPORTANT)
❌ Before high-impact USD news
❌ During Asian session
❌ If breaker forms mid-range
❌ If no liquidity taken
❌ If you “feel” impatient
If you’re bored, market is not ready.
1️⃣1️⃣ MONTHLY GROWTH EXPECTATION (REAL)
With discipline:
12–16 trades/month
20–30% win rate
Average RR 1:6+
đ 4–8% per month is very achievable
đ One good post-trap trade can cover the month
This is sustainable growth, not gambling.
FINAL RULE (BURN THIS IN)
Gold pays patience, not activity.
The trap creates the opportunity.
The breaker defines the location.
You execute after failure, not confirmation.
